We are proud to recognise and celebrate a significant milestone as Shaun marks 10 years of service with Nicol of Skene.
Shaun joined the company in 2016 as a Trainee Excavator Operator and General Site Operative. Over the past decade, he has demonstrated exceptional commitment, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for both his role and the business, progressing through a number of positions along the way.
After gaining experience, Shaun was promoted to Plant Operator. His dedication and leadership qualities saw him progress to Quarry Supervisor before being promoted to his current role as Quarry & Plant Manager.
Today, Shaun is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of our quarry operations. His role also includes managing our in-house workshop and providing support across our yard and stores functions, ensuring that equipment, materials and resources are available to keep operations running effectively.
Shaun's journey is a fantastic example of the career development opportunities available within Nicol of Skene. Through hard work, determination and a willingness to learn, he has built a successful career and become an integral part of our management team.
