At Nicol of Skene, we know our people are at the heart of everything we do. This month we're proud to celebrate two special career milestones as Kevin marks 20 years with the business and Owen celebrates 15 years. Together, that's an incredible 35 years of service.
Celebrating Kevin's 20 Year Milestone
Kevin joined Nicol of Skene in 2006 and has become an important part of the team. After many years leading our tarring operations, he now works as a highly respected Chargehand whose wide range of skills means there is very little he can't turn his hand to.
His knowledge, experience and practical approach have been built over two decades of hard work. More recently, Kevin has spent time supporting our apprentices, passing on the skills and experience he has gained throughout his career. The part he has played in helping the next generation of our workforce is something we truly appreciate.
For the Nicol family, Kevin has always been much more than a colleague. Over the past 20 years we've celebrated milestones together, watched families grow and built friendships that go far beyond the workplace. Those relationships are a big part of what makes Nicol of Skene the company it is today.

Celebrating Owen's 15 Year Milestone
Owen joined Nicol of Skene straight from school and has now been with the business for 15 years.
While many people are still deciding what they want to do, Owen always knew he wanted to drive a digger. Through hard work and a willingness to learn, he progressed from Labourer to Chargehand.
Over the years we've watched Owen grow both personally and professionally. He has become an outstanding operator, a respected Chargehand and someone who is always willing to help others.
Owen's positive attitude, work ethic and loyalty have made him a hugely valued member of the team, and we're very lucky to have him.
Congratulations to Kevin and Owen on these fantastic milestones. Thank you both for your loyalty and for everything you've contributed over a combined 35 years of service. We look forward to many more years working together.
