Nicol of Skene is pleased to announce the completion of a recent residential project at Templers Park.
The project involved upgrading the existing timber seating area, which had reached the end of its service life. To provide a more durable, low-maintenance and modern alternative, our team delivered a gabion-style seating solution.
In line with our commitment to sustainable practices, the project incorporated 40mm clean stone produced at our own recycling plant. By utilising high-quality recycled aggregates, we were able to deliver a robust seating area while reducing environmental impact.
Scope of Works
Our team carried out a comprehensive range of works to ensure a high-quality finish:
Chris Watson, Director at Live Event Management, shared his thoughts on the collaboration:
"Our previous seating had reached the end of its life, so we got in touch with Nicol of Skene to help us develop a new design and concept. From the outset, their team worked closely with us to bring our ideas to life and turn them into a reality.
Throughout the project, the team were professional, approachable, and easy to work with – no ask ever felt too big. The end result speaks for itself; it’s everything we had hoped for and more, with a finish and overall look that exceeded our expectations. They also left the site spotless, which was greatly appreciated."
The completed space now provides a durable, low-maintenance area for residents to enjoy for years to come.
