Nicol of Skene is delivering a full turnkey civil engineering package for a new 64-plot residential development at Bonnyton Farm, Pitmedden, on behalf of Kirkwood Homes. The contract includes all earthworks, infrastructure, and plotworks required to prepare the site for housing construction.
